Write a product specification. Company: management software for architecture firms. Users: partners and administrative staff at firms of 5 to 30 people. Product area: invoicing. Observed problem: customers export their invoices one by one at the end of each month. What shows it: twelve support requests last month. The specification covers the problem and the evidence that it exists, the users concerned and how often it occurs, the proposed solution and one rejected alternative, verifiable acceptance criteria, what is out of scope, the risks and the dependencies.

Frequently asked questions
Why start from the problem rather than the solution?
A specification that starts from the solution can no longer be challenged. The prompt asks for the observed problem and what proves it, then asks the AI for a solution and one rejected alternative: the team stays in charge of the trade-off.
Can I use interview verbatims?
Yes, it is even recommended for the research synthesis: the AI can only quote what it has read. Remove participants’ personal data first and follow your organization’s policy.
What happens when I click “Start with this pack”?
You create your account or log in, then find the Product pack in the app. Nothing is installed until you explicitly choose a workspace and confirm.
Can I adapt the prompts to our method?
Yes. Once installed in your workspace, the pack’s prompts can be edited like your own: for example, you can add your own prioritization grid.
