Illustrative example · Company profile
You are a company analyst. Write the profile of the company identified by SIREN 123456789, based on the following official data: simplified joint-stock company, office furniture manufacturing (NAF code 31.01Z), head office in Nantes, 20 to 49 employees. Dimensions to cover: legal identity, business activity, size and location. For each dimension, summarize the facts, state their source and separate established facts, deductions and assumptions. If a piece of data is missing, write “unresolved data” instead of guessing it. End with three prospecting or partnership angles, two signals to monitor and one open question to ask the company.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the company data come from?
When the company data source is available in your workspace, the prompts pull in the official data available from the SIREN or SIRET number, such as the company name, legal form, head office or NAF code. You add the rest, for example the website or positioning. Missing data is flagged, not guessed.
Does a due diligence prepared here replace legal or financial advice?
No. The prompt prepares a first-level analysis from public data. It asks the AI to separate facts, deductions and assumptions, and to state what cannot be verified. Binding decisions still need to be checked with the relevant specialists.
What happens when I click “Start with this pack”?
You create your account or log in, then find the Company analysis pack in the app. Nothing is installed until you explicitly choose a workspace and confirm.
Can I use this pack for prospecting?
Yes. The prospecting brief starts from the target company and the signals you choose to monitor, such as a funding round or a change of executive, to suggest outreach angles backed by the data. The Emails pack then takes over to write the first message.
