Browsers and availability

Only a verified store page lets you install the extension. Available browsers appear here, with the date of the information, as soon as a page is published.

The browser extension is not yet available in browser stores. In the meantime, your prompts remain available in the web app.

Before you start

Requirements
- A DoPrompt account
- Access to at least one workspace
- A separate login for the extension, until single sign-on with the app is available
What the extension does not do
- It does not insert the prompt into your AI tool: you paste it yourself
- It does not replace the web app for creating and organizing prompts
- It does not read the content of the pages you visit

The permissions requested

Each extension permission, and what it actually allows.

Storagestorage: Keep your session, your preferences and, where applicable, the policy set by your organization, on this device.
Clipboard writeclipboardWrite: Copy the preparation when you click “Copy” and, if your organization requires it, clear a governed copy. The extension never reads your clipboard.
Notificationsnotifications: Let you know when a governed copy is cleared from the clipboard as you leave the browser, under a restrictive policy.
Offscreen document (Chrome)offscreen: Make this clearing possible in Chrome, where the background service cannot access the clipboard on its own.
Access to the DoPrompt APIhttps://api.doprompt.fr/*: Communicate only with the DoPrompt API to load your workspaces and prompts and prepare the request.
Paste control on websitescontent_script:<all_urls>: A passive script on pages: it reads neither the page nor the clipboard. It only acts when you paste, if a domain policy set by your organization applies to a copy made from the extension.

Paste control reduces accidental sharing with tools your organization has not authorized; it is not complete protection against data leaks.

Frequently asked questions

How do I install the extension?

From the official store page of your browser, as soon as it is published: it will then appear in the “Browsers and availability” section. No manual installation is offered.

My session has expired, what should I do?

Copying does not work.

Check that your browser allows the extension to write to the clipboard. If copying is still impossible, the preview stays selectable for a manual copy.

Which AI tools does it work with?

Prompts do not depend on any AI model: you paste the request into the tool of your choice. This says nothing about the supported browsers, listed in the dedicated section, or the rules your organization may apply.
