Prompts that work for the whole team

DoPrompt prepares the request. The AI tool you already use produces the answer.

  1. Turn your best practices into a shared method.

One structured prompt, reused with guided fields, instead of copy-pasted variations.

  2. Give access to reference prompts reviewed by your team.

Each workspace brings together its prompts and the people who can access them.

  3. No need to know how to write a prompt to get started.

A familiar task, a few questions, a prompt ready to copy.

  4. Your library, right in your browser.

Pick a prompt, fill in the useful fields and copy the result, close to your AI tool.

  5. Your context changes. Your prompts keep up.

Update a shared source: the next preparations use the updated value.

Living context

Your context changes. Your prompts keep up.

Lasting information, such as your brand voice, lives in one place in your workspace. Prompts that reference it use its value every time they are prepared.

Illustrative example

Shared source

Prompts that use this source

  • LinkedIn post

Write a LinkedIn post announcing our next workshop. Brand voice: warm and direct.

  • Follow-up email

Write a follow-up email to a prospect met at a trade show. Brand voice: warm and direct.

  • Client reply

Reply to a client asking about a delivery date. Brand voice: warm and direct.

Text you already copied into your AI tool does not change: only a new preparation uses the updated value.

  • Only prompts that reference the source benefit from its changes.
  • Text you already copied into an external AI tool does not change.
  • Updating a source does not rewrite the prompts’ instructions.

Team adoption

The lead prepares. Everyone picks and personalizes.

People who are comfortable with AI structure the prompts and fields. Others start from a task and answer a few questions.

  • The lead

    • Writes the instructions and chooses the fields to offer
    • Links prompts to the workspace context
    • Has the reference prompts reviewed by the team
  • The team member

    • Picks a task from the workspace library
    • Fills in the guided fields
    • Copies the prepared request into their AI tool

Browser extension

Your library, right in your browser.

The extension follows the same path as the web app, in three steps.

  1. Select

Choose your workspace, then the prompt you need.

  2. Fill in

Complete only the fields that matter for the task at hand.

  3. Copy

Review the preview and copy the prepared request into your AI tool.

The browser extension is not yet available in browser stores. In the meantime, your prompts remain available in the web app.

Frequently asked questions

What is a prompt?

A prompt is the request you send to an AI tool: the task, the instructions and the useful information. DoPrompt helps you prepare that request; the answer is then produced by the AI tool you choose.

Do I need to be technical to use DoPrompt?

No. You can start from a familiar task and answer a few questions. Those who want to can then create their own prompts and the fields offered to others.

Which AI tool can I use with DoPrompt?

The one you choose. DoPrompt prepares a prompt that you copy into your usual AI tool. It does not provide its own AI model, and any subscription to that tool remains separate.

What does “free during beta” mean?

Access to DoPrompt is free during the beta phase. This applies to the beta: no end date and no later pricing have been announced so far.

Can we work together?

Yes. A workspace brings together the prompts and context of a team or a client, and each person accesses it according to their permissions.

Your first try starts with a real task.
